Failed installation into my WP site

I am not able to install the pluggin because it said the installation has failed.
It is on a staging site, please let me know if you can help.

Are there any error messages showing on why the plugin is not installed?

Make sure that the correct file is downloaded, as codecanyon has two separate downloads, one for the ‘All files’ and one for the ‘Installable WordPress file only’. This one is the correct for installation: https://i.imgur.com/PU6tHzo.png
You can also check the installation instructions in the documenation for that.

I have tried to log-in with the details on the URL, but it says the password is incorrect. If the above suggestion does not help, please check the password, and I will log-in to see the issue.
