    Good morning,

Our client told us that there is a problem with the plugin when someone fill a Family name with a nobiliary particle or dash. For example, Le Manio, Le Goff or Camara-Tombini. The results are false or missing.

How can i fix it please?

I created for you a special admin user. Otherwise, I can’t give you the FTP’s credentials for security reason.

    Thanks for your answer.

    Regards,
    Yves

    Good morning Yves,

Thank you for the details, but I can’t seem to find the log-in page, can you please link me to it?

By Family name field you mean user meta field, simply the user name, or is it stored as post meta? Thank you!

Thank you Yves, I was able to log in.

Okay, so the problem here is, that by default the plugin uses an ‘OR’ logic on keywords, meaning that any of them can match any field, but not neccesarly both.

In your case however I would probably recommend a more strict configuration, as you want to exactly match the names and the words.
Please try one of these configurations:
    – Solution 1, Exact matching: http://i.imgur.com/zqpRhXK.png
    – Solution 2, Exact matching with secondary logic: http://i.imgur.com/xVLDNdX.png
    – Solution 3 (more advanced), Using the index table engine + ‘AND with exact keyword matches’ logic.

I recommend either Solution 1 or Solution 2.

For more details, you can check the following documentation links:

Thank you a lot Ernest for this answer. I choose the second solution and it works well.
I notice my client to check and control.

    Regards,
    Yves
