Dear support,
Dear Tycho,
It means that a file is missing from the plugin folder. It was most likely not copied, lost during the exctraction process or during the download from codecanyon.
Please re-download the plugin from codecanyon, and try again. In case you are uploading the plugin via FTP, then try the wordpress plugin installer instead.
