Your version 4.25.1 is not working properly with version 6.9.1 of the “Salient WPBakery Page Builder” plugin.
This is reproducable by using any color picker in the settings or trying to open any dropdowns in the frontend.
While dropdowns are not opening on first load (but will be working correctly after a soft reload), color pickers are missing their “choose” button to close and commit the picked color. This plugin is a addon plugin for the Salient theme. I don’t know about Salient version v14 but v15 is an issue here for sure but downgrading Salient and it’s plugins to v13 is helping for now. Luckily all issues found by me are css/styling related as I did not find any data related issues. However our team cannot consider this a viable option for the future, so we are looking forward to a fix.
Best regards
February 9, 2023 at 4:08 pm #41297Hi,
Thank you very much for the details!
Can you please add temporary back-end access details, so I can check out the issue directly?
The one with the color picker button is very likely only a CSS related issue. Probably a Salient module is loaded on the Ajax Search Pro back-end, where it should not be, and CSS rule could hide the button. I have seen this issue only once before (it was not related to Salient), and it was an unwanted CSS file with a global rule hiding buttons.
Best,
The other one with the drop-downs might be more problematic. If it is a script fiddling with the boxes, that might need to be resolved from their side.
