Hi,
I am looking at using Ajax Search Pro for filtering the Woocommerce Shop page. I do not want the search bar but I will use ONLY the categories / taxonomy. I want the shop page to change as I select the choices. Is this possible with Ajax Search Pro ?

Unfortunately this is not possible. The plugin cannot affect the shop page layout, only its own search results.
It is possible to disable the search bar and use the filters only on the Layout Options -> Search box layout panel. This still not affect the shop page, but you can put it on a separate page to use it as a search filter.

Ok. Thanks.
March 3, 2016 at 6:46 am #7868Hi,
I was doing some research on net and I see that there is another search plugin called Ajax Search & Filter Pro (http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/). This does exactly what I require.
In my solution, I need Ajax Search Pro. I cannot live without Ajax Search Pro. Can I also ADD another search plugin – http://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/ ? . Will Ajax search pro have any conflicts or performance issues ?
Your suggestion / inputs please.

That is indeed a good plugin! I don’t think they should be conflicting at all. If any conflicts come up, just let me know and we will solve it.
