Filters Broken on mobile

Hello,

Our ajax search pro filters do not work on any mobile devices. Here is a video of the issue on action, and an empty console log:

I have disabled all plugins except the ones necessary to run the website and keep ajax pro and the custom post types working.

Can you please help us resolve this? The website I sent you is for staging so please feel free to play with it.

Hi,

Thank you very much for the details!

I have logged in to check, and the issu was caused by minor misconfiguration/conflict. I have changed this setting from “Hidden Setting” to “Same as desktop”.

Because the settings state was forced invisible, but the search bar was also forced to be hidden the plugin didn’t execute the init script for the mobile view. Now it should be all right.
