Filters not working

I am using the Ajax Search Pro for WordPress plugin.
Unfortunately this presents some problems. In particular, the filters by author (ACF Field) and keyword does not work.

Thank you, I have found the problem. The wrong operator was selected for the filter, I have changed it: https://i.imgur.com/hRT2XcT.png
Now it should be okay.

The keywords field seems to be okay, I tried a few selections. What exactly is the problem with it?
