Format of Search Box

I wish to change the Appearance of the search box (see screen shot)
1. Change the height of the box to match the height of the buttons above.
2. Increase the width of the search box to make it the same width as the results frame.
3. Change the box color to match that of the page background #ff3300 Orange (RGB 255,51,0)
4. Change the search input text color to Black
5. Increase the search input text size to make it easier to read.

Where are these changes made and how do I get there? A search of your data base using “search box” or “search” got no results.
