I’m trying to see how to set up automatic updates, but it looks like the knowledge base is down. I have my purchase code, I just need to know where to place it.

    Thank you for your time.

    Hi!

Please check this documentation chapter: https://goo.gl/crofpL
It’s a step-by-step guide on how to activate automatic updates. I hope it helps!

Thank you for the quick reply. When going to the Help and Updates tab, I do no see a purchase code section. I’m attaching a screen shot of what I do see.

    You are welcome!

Automatic updates are only available after version 4.8.2. In this case you will have to update manually. It’s basically a re-download and re-installation of the plugin. Please follow this brief guide for that: https://goo.gl/AG4cCM

After the manual update, the new feature will appear, where you will be able to activate your purchase code.

Thank you again, when clicking on the URL (https://goo.gl/AG4cCM) it seems to not be working though. It says the site cannot be reached.

That’s strange. The documentation host might have issues I guess. It’s working for me, even via a proxy server. Maybe they have IP black-list issues or something similar. One other thing you can try is to refresh the url by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + R to clear the DNS cache on your browser.

If that doesn’t work, try it on this proxy URL, it should work.
