NOTE: This is a multi-site. (SFTP path is /wp-content/themes/ii), our login and the one provided here are not super admins, so we don’t have access to the Plugins in the backend.

Hello,
I believe this inquiry is a lot like a past support ticket:
https://wp-dreams.com/forums/topic/show-only-terms-that-are-assigned-within-filters/However, the “Hide empty terms?” toggle is there and toggled on, but doesn’t seem to be working.
When Interior is selected, only the following products should be there:
Demountable Walls
Glass & Glazing
Raised Access Flooring
Soundmasking
Underfloor Air DistributionWhen Exterior is selected:
Pavers
Storefronts & Curtain WallsIs this just a matter of updating the plugin? If so, it will need to be uploaded through SFTP. Do I just delete the current “ajax-search-pro” folder in the plugins folder and replace with a fresh download from codecanyon (unzipped first)?
Thanks!
April 21, 2022 at 10:19 am #37616Hi,
I’m afraid this is not possible – as dynamically updating filters based on previous selections are not possible yet. You should however always update the plugin to the latest release, you can find the guides here.
Best,
Ernest Marcinko
If you like my products, don't forget to rate them on codecanyon :)
