Hide filter options by default on mobile

For mobile view I would like to know if there is a way to show the filter options closed by default

Something like using a right arrow so the results will be visible always.

Filter by Category > (Right arrow)
(Options hidden)

Filter by Category V (Down arrow)
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3
