How can be shown only 2nd level taxonomy

I have one more thing to do in my website, if you can help me in it, I am ready to pay for that (It’s not related to Ajax Search pro)

I have custom post type and it’s taxonomy which is in levels like

Category 1
-Sub category 11
–Sub category 111
–Sub category 112
–Sub category 113
-Sub category 12
–Sub category 121
–Sub category 122
-Sub category 13
-Sub category 14
Category 2
-Sub category 21
-Sub category 22
-Sub category 23
-Sub category 24
Category 3
-Sub category 31
-Sub category 32
-Sub category 33
-Sub category 34 and so on…

Now in archive page, I want that it shows only 2nd level with links like if someone is in category one, then it should show sub-category 11, sub-category 12, sub-category 13 sub-categories 14 and if someone is in sub-category 11 then it should show sub-category 11 as selected but also should show sub-category 12, sub-category 13 etc…And won’t show 3rd level anywhere.

It’s for archive page.

I will write it like

You are in Category 1, Related / subcategories are sub-category 11 (With its link when someone clicks on it) sub-category 12 (with its link for click on it etc…) and style on it with CSS.

Hope you understood how I am telling.
