I tried following this doc but cannot find how to add the _sku custom field

Hi,
I see you are using the index table engine. In that case, you can find the _sku custom field under the index table options panel, right here: https://i.imgur.com/DCixxxW.png
After that, don’t forget to recreate the index table, so the new field is indexed.
