how to set up square search from demo page

I purchased your plugin, but cannot find how to set it up like on your demo page. I want the square search icon on right side that extends out, i found a demo for the red one in the center of the page.

Sorry about the late response, I had to answer some other topics first, because of the recent update I’ve got lots of bug reports – which is critical to fix as soon as possible. I hope you don’t mind 🙂
I usually answer within 24 hours, this time I couldn’t.
