i mean all the custom post type as it show on page loading…

sorry, i need also to reload the isotopic result.

You mean like trigger the search to display all results? That is not possible.

Or do you mean like the auto populate feature? There you can define the number of items to display by default: https://goo.gl/qfxmW4
