How to Speed up Ajax Live Search?

Hello there,

We are testing the Ajax Search on this url: http://fuexpertclon.nexodreams.es/galeria-de-fotos/

On the Ajax live search, if you try any of the example searches, let´s say: 2000

You will see that it takes 4, 5 even more seconds to load sometimes…

Seeing your website https://ajaxsearchpro.com/ I can see the live search is A LOT faster… so, how could we achieve the same speed in showing results? Am I missing any key points in Ajax Settings in the backoffice?

Please, let me know your country of connection to admin so that I can grant you server access, if not, if you try login in it will shut you down.

Hi,

The plugin performance mostly depends on your server performance. There are however options, which can greatly improve the response time up to the point of server bottleneck (where it can’t get any faster on the same server).
You can check these suggestions in this documentation. All suggestions in sections 1 and 2 can have a great impact on the overall performance.

Now, after following the suggestions the live search is loading a lot better and no more than 3 seconds.
