Hi,
I bought your plugin today but i don’t succed in making it work.
I can’t do nothing, except displaying the input field with the submit button.I first installed it in local in wamp, i activated the plugin with my purchase code.
Nothing worked.
I coudn’t display category checkbox in frontend search setting.
Not working in the preview, and not working in post with the shortcode. So i tried to disable all the other plugins,
i switched the theme
I reinsalled the plugin…
Nothing workedSo i decided to try it in live on the real site.
i desactivated the plugin from my local site, and activated the plugin in the live site…I had a message of denied access du to mkdir permission,
I read the topic : https://wp-dreams.com/forums/topic/mkdir-issue/
so i put the cache folder in 705…
But nothing worked same same…Please can you help me to make it work ??
March 24, 2023 at 4:02 pm #41952Hi,
Thank you for all the details, it helps us a lot.
I checked the search bar on the given URL, luckily it seems to work all right, I don’t see any error messages.
If you are trying to create filters, I recommend checking this documentaiton first – it explains step-by-step how to do it. I especially recommend checking the taxonomy term filters documetnation, that is very likely what you are looking for.
Best,

March 24, 2023 at 4:47 pm #41957OK thank you.
I had to activate “Set the search settings to visible by default” to make it work…
I bit complicated for a non english customer.
There is so many settings. How can i use the plugin in local, in wamp, because i have only one licence.
Have i to activate/desactivate the licence each time from the livesite/localsite ?March 27, 2023 at 3:43 pm #41975No need to activate for the local site – the license activation only affects automatic updates, it will not limit the plugin in any way.
Best,
Ernest Marcinko
