Hello,
Here is my website: https://www.youps.pro
The first it was English version. Then I installed WPML plugin and select the language of the website as Spanish. After this action, your plugin works only on English version of the page: http://www.youps.pro/en/our-medical-network/ (when you click on any of the cities).
On the Spanish version it doesn’t work ;(
http://www.youps.pro/directorio-medico/It writes “no results”. Could you login and see what is the issue, please?
I tried to create duplicates of 2 doctor pages, added there keywords but it didn’t help.Many thanks in advance!

Since those pages were not translated to two languages, they were filtered out by WPML. Luckily there is an option on the plugin back-end to turn off WPML compatibility, I have turned it off for you: https://i.imgur.com/AaijPp0.png
