ParticipantHi Ernest,
With reference to the JSON error regarding page update failure, I now notice that the live site search does not show the “Captions” text on Ajax results delivered from the Media Image Attachments as it did previously. Can this issue be easily resolved? It has been working perfectly to date and has only become a problem since the last fix?
The screenshots below shows the Adv Gallery image captions + text and image results displayed with missing text:

KeymasterHi Sally,
You may have had a custom code or a modification there, the plugin does not have an option to show attachment captions as titles.
It is however very easily possible via a custom code. I logged in to the back-end, and modified the snippet form the custom URLs, added a single line to change the titles to the catpions. Now the results should display the image captions as titles.

ParticipantHi Ernest,
Please could you check the screenshots below. “Mobile search” is now a huge problem with changes you have made as per above custom coding, because I was using Title + Caption in bold, linespace and text below with leader dots…, which worked brilliantly. I haven’t made any custom changes to the site in the past month or so. This problem occurred with the latest bug fix for Page Update problem. Not sure what went wrong regarding search results as it appears now?

KeymasterYou are right, I know what it is now! I found a tiny mistake in the attachment search feature in the next release. We added a feature to read the PDF and Word contents as descriptions, but it also conflicted with the other attachment types because of a tiny mistake.
I made an update on your staging, now it should be okay.
Attached the fixed beta version for your live site to this post. This is still a beta, let me know if you find any other mistakes in comparision to the previous release, I am more than happy to correct.

ParticipantErnest, before signing off this ticket – could you perhaps help me with one other issue I noticed on doing checks with my Chrome browser – using Inspect to run checks across different devices, etc.
https://prnt.sc/U-Rfzf2wbj0Q
I have refreshed the page and cleared all data from the cache, etc. but the search doesn’t load as it should. It is missing the 3rd column?
I am using Firefox and everything works and resizes correctly, but am not sure what is causing the problem on my Chrom browser?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Sally,
I only seen this happen when browser zoom was enabled. Make sure the site is not zoomed. On my end it looks perfectly fine with chrome. Also try in incognito mode to see if it makes any difference.

ParticipantHi Ernest – you are absolutely correct! It works in icognito mode – and when I adjusted the zoom to 100% it worked fine in normal mode. Browser functionality issues! Thanks again for your help! Can close ticket.
Kind regards,
