The plugin stopped working for me a couple of days ago, and I followed instructions to upload the plugin again, activating, setting my search instance, creating my index table…all as before.

The tool is working, however, in the Index Table Options, I am missing all the styling and layout options. Please see attachment below of screenshot.

I uploaded the current version is the current one, so I’m not sure why all these index table options are missing. There are no error messages I can see. Changing the theme has no impact. Disabling other plugins has no impact. Purging the cache has no impact.

    Hi!

Thank you very much for the details, it helps us a lot!

I logged in, everything seems to be okay, I think you may be only looking at the wrong options.
The layout and other settings are under the search instance options, those you can access via the ajax search pro menu, and after that clicking on the settings icon: https://i.imgur.com/HG0SeM6.png

    I hope this helps!

Thanks, I found it! I don’t know why I got that confused.

A second issue – where are the controls for styling how the plugin shows on mobile devices?

Right now I don’t see the search bar show up on mobile version at all.

    Thanks,
    Suzanne

    Great!

By default the plugin is displayed on monile devices as well, you can adjust it here.
I checked on the given URL, but the plugin is visible within the same sidebar widget as the desktop version when I scroll down, here: https://i.imgur.com/PSC0sVa.png
