Hi, I have renewd the Support in Codecanyon. The issue is that I search in my Ajax Search Bar the word “Ducati” and the system told me no results but there are several items called Ducati. Please check and let me know.

Thanks in advance,

Hi,
Thank you for the details!
I believe the issue is caused by the “Sede” custom field filter: https://i.imgur.com/X2ABvuu.png
The price of those seem to be set to 0, but the range starts from 1. If you change the range from 0 – 20000 it should resolve the issue. If you are not using the filters, you can remove it as well, that is a much better solution.
Thanks
