The plugin output has changed a few versions ago, and I see some custom CSS might be conflicting here, but I need to confirm yet. There might be an issue with the compact layout with this exact setup.
Can you also add temporary FTP access? I think I can make changes via the back-end too, but FTP would be much safer.

Neverming, I managed to correct it via the back-end access. I will include this fix in the upcoming release.
