Licence transfer from dev to live site

Hello,

I recently migrated a client’s site from dev to live (only the domain changed actually, it’s the same server) and forgot to transfer the Ajax Search pro licence.

I tried to use the embedded function to deactivate the licence on the old domain with no luck, i get this error: “WP: Connection error, please try again later.”

Old domain: https://dev2018.chimie-paristech.fr
New domain: https://www.chimieparistech.psl.eu
Licence key: 9b487e86-c6ec-4ecd-bfa3-7dc024208fd9

Hi Emmanuel,

It looks like that purchase key is not valid, or it belongs to a different codecanyon product. There is no previous activation found for it either in our database. That must be the issue. I also tried veryfiing it via the Envato API manually, but it says that this purchase key does not belong to our product.
Make sure to get the correct purchase key, and it should resolve the issue, with the remote deactivation as well 🙂
