This topic contains 1 reply, has 2 voices, and was last updated by Ernest Marcinko 5 years ago.
We purchased AJAX search pro and installed on our staging server (http://geniecast.staging.wpengine.com) – now we are ready to also install to the live environment. However, we are getting license issues. Since we push data from staging to live and vice versa, is it possible to have a license for both? The staging one is not used in any public way, but simply for testing new scenarios.
Thanks,
Jen
Hi Jen,
For security reasons this is disabled for now.
However I recommend only enabling the auto update feature on the staging, as I assume you push the staging files + DB to the live during deployement. In that case it is unneccessary to have it enabled on the live, as it is overwritten by the staging – where it is up to date already.
