There is an update for Ajax Search Pro on the DEGC site, and it requires a purchase code to enable updates. When I enter the code it says it is being used on another site. As far as we know, we are only using it on this site and on Dev versions of this site (which are not published or viewable publicly). Could you please help us straighten this out so we can get the updates installed?
Thanks.
Hi,
I have manually unbound the purchase code, so you can attach it again. I checked the current domain, where it was active (wpengine domain), and it redirects to a different domain now – the difference in the domain name was the issue.
Best,Thank you!
