Hi,
Can I limit the search result to only 1 category only of posts.
Also, is try this below the searchbar can be dynamic showing suggested keywords like most watched / most searched …. etc instead of fixed 2-3 words …

Sure!
This documentation will help you with that.
Showing changing keywords is not possible via options unfortuantely. You can however change them programmatically via the asp_suggested_phrases hook.
