Can you check what domain is registered with the license- 4c389dcb-298f-4aaf-ac70-2dd2a8ac1b96 ?

In that case I could, but I need your envato account username to verify. Unfortunately we have very limited information via codecanyon.net API, for security reasons we rather deactivate only if possible.
I have de-activated the code, you should be able to use it on a different domain now.
