Dropdown Icon Not Showing

Hello again. I am trying to display the Dropdown Icon to left of the search form but it’s not showing. My intention is to have the magnifier on the right and the Dropdown icon on the left. Only the magnifier shows. I went through directions as thoroughly as I could but not sure why it doesn’t show. I also tried to hide the magnifier in case it’s standing in the way, yet the Dropdown does show still.

I will appreciate your assistance.

Well, the only thing I can think of, is that the settings switch might have been turned off. Make sure it is enabled here: https://i.imgur.com/1Y34xsu.png
