We offer our clients the possibillity to use our images.
What we want is a search ONLY in the description field of our media library images.
It may not give results found in posts, titles etc.I searched via google, read the manual, knowledgebase etc but i can not find it…..

I believe you are looking for the attachment search. Make sure to enable it on the General Options -> Attachments panel.
