Multiple bar for combined search

Hi, I need to insert 2 bars, one next to the other to perform a combined search. My idea would be to create a site like thefork.it in my area, so I would need a bar for the location and one for the type of cuisine and the name of the dish as in the photo below. It’s possible to do it?

Well connecting/combining two search bars is not possible that way.
