I have a custom shortcode that display team members in the content area of specific pages. I used index option in your plugin as well as allowing for shortcode to run but when I search a name, it doesn’t return a page where that name is embedded thru my custom shortcode. Can you help? Thanks
May 27, 2019 at 9:07 am #22865Hi,
Sure! Can you please add temporary FTP and back-end details? I will debug through the indexing process to see what exactly gets indexed. Thank you!

Thank you very much!
Can you please link me to a page where this custom shortcode is used, and the name of the shortcode? I see there are a lot of pages, and I am not exactly sure which it is. Thank you!

May 28, 2019 at 2:02 pm #22914Hi the search bar is in the header itself. I am not sure what page you want. There is only one search form in the website. Can you explain what you need?
May 28, 2019 at 2:33 pm #22916Hi,
I mean a member page (that you mentioned in your first post), where your custom shortcode is present, which contains the information that is not indexed properly. I need to know which page it is, and the name of the custom shortcode that embeds the information.

May 29, 2019 at 12:15 pm #22935Wow thanks! So all I need is to paste this in the functions.php and it should work fine to all similar instances? or will this work only on the specific meet our people page?
Thanks
May 29, 2019 at 12:17 pm #22936Hi!
Well, this one will work only where the ‘section’ field group is used. If you add more or different ones, let me know their names, and I will try to modifiy the code to include those as well.

May 29, 2019 at 12:21 pm #22937Ah I used the same custom fields in different pages so I think we’re good. But yeah, if I see some issues, I will let you know. Thanks for the support, man. I appreciate it!

May 29, 2019 at 12:53 pm #22942Hi,
I tried pasting the code the live site’s function.php but it doesn’t work. Is there anything to be done to make it work?
THanks
May 29, 2019 at 12:55 pm #22943Hi,
Make sure to re-create the index after the code is implemented: https://i.imgur.com/51lzhdS.png
Best,
That should do the trick.
