Hi, I have many artist added on my site and all of them can be searched through the frontend but I recently added two artists on my site but none of them are showing into the search results. Also the age range trigger is not working on the frontend. Please check and let me know what is the issue.

If you still want to include artists that does not meet the filter criteria, because the field is not set, you can enable this option: https://i.imgur.com/ACHJd5t.pngThe slider handles were a visual bug, I have changed the filter layout from column to flex, now it should be visible and working.

Thank You, Also when I click on Artist by name and click an artist name then its showing unwanted results. I just want to show the correct result here. check the attached screenshot.

Those seem to be taxonomy term results, which are not affected by custom fields, because there is no connection to them. If you don’t need those results, then make sure that nothing is selected under the General Options -> Sources 2 panel: https://i.imgur.com/OIy47As.png

ok Also when I type unknown word for example America or Amazon etc. then it shows No results found but it shows suggestions like Di you mean?
Can we disable these suggestion so its just show “No result”

Thank you. There is one more issue when I select Artist by name then it show no result.
For example
You can select lisa woodwork from artist by name list and it shows no user found.

From where I can set this field Artist by name for her?
As I can see its added into the ajax search pro already.

The custom field should be available on the Artists post editor screen somewhere. If it’s not visible, you might have to ask the theme author, as it’s probably managed somewhere in there.
You can also simply try to save the Lisa Woodbrook post, and might automatically update.

I already typed Lisa Woodbrook’s detail in custom fields that are available on her page. I had to add these fields because in the new version of the theme those custom fields were gone which were automatically showing.
So I had to create new custom fileds using advance custom fields plugin.
Please suggest what should i do?Okay, so the name field is not available anymore?
In that case, maybe using ACF to create a name field, and enter the names there as well. That will be always accessible, and can be used in the filter as well.

Yeah those are not available.
But I created the new fields with titles Age and Gender.

Did you create the ‘Artist By Name’ custom field? I am not sure where it comes from, by default that field should not exist, so it must have been created somewhere. That is why I’m guessing it’s a theme related field, or something like that.
