    I’m a new user. Through the Ajax Search Pro demo site link to codecanyon.net, I purchased Ajax Search Pro and after keying in my credit card details and clicked on Make Payment, I received the error “Sorry, it looks like you’re current locked out of your account.” Please help, I have made the payment but I have not received any Purchase Code (no email received as well), and neither am I able to log into Envato. Is there any alternative way to download the purchased plugin? Hope someone can help me as I need to use the plugin urgently. Thank you.

    Hi!

    Please contact directly Envato for this. I’m only a codecanyon member as well, I cannot do anything regarding payments, accounts etc.. it’s all beyond my control.

    Hi,

    I’ve submitted a ticket with the help centre, still awaiting their response on how to resolve the issue.

    Would like to know is there any other way to purchase the Ajax Search Pro plugin?

    Hi,

    This issue has been resolved by Envato Market Help Team.
    Here is the response from Envato just in case any user encounters this problem in the future:


    I’ve re-enabled your account, so you should be good to go. However, there was an issue charging your credit card internally, so you will need to use Paypal to complete your purchase.
    You will still be able to use your credit card to pay directly through PayPal (even if you do not have an account) by following these steps:
    – On the Checkout page, select PayPal as your payment option
    – Click “Checkout with PayPal”
    – You’ll be directed to the login page where you just need to select “Pay With Credit or Debit Card”
