When I search for something using the search bar on the “Wiki” page, no results are displayed (“No results found.”). Not even when I enter the exact wording. It then only suggests the posts to me (“Did you mean: …”).

    Hi,

Thank you for the details! I tried to visit the wiki page, but I can’t see the plugin search bar active anywhere on the page.

I also tried to log-in to check the configuration, but the account does not have administrator privileges, so I can’t check the settings.

It is very likely only a configuration related issue. Can you please update the login credentials, and place the search shortcode somewhere on the Wiki page? Thank you!

    Best,

Hello, thank you for your quick response. Didn’t you see that search bar? (Uploaded an image)

I’m sorry, I had a debug option enabled, and the page did not render. I can see it now.

Can you please update the credentials so I can check the configuration? Thank you!

    Hello,

sorry for the delay. The account has now administrator privileges. Please check the configuration of the Ajax Search Pro Plugin on the “Wiki” page.

    Thank you!

There was a generic filter activated, to exclude all custom post type results under the Frontend Search Settings -> Generic Filters panel. I have removed the filter, now it should be okay.
