ParticipantJust bought and installed the plugin, but when trying to Create a new search instance and after the “Search Form Successfuly added!” messaje, nothing appears, so I am stuck.
When throught troubleshooting and Knowledge base but did not find anything about this. ALso checks tutorial videos.
Also when going to Index tables, just says “The index table does not exist and cannot be created. Please contact support.”
Please help me, did not expect something like this in a premium plugin.

KeymasterHi,
I believe it means, that the database user associated with your WordPress installation does not have privileges to create a database table.
Solution 1
I highly recommend granting the table creation permission to the database user, then de-activating and activating the plugin again will create the tables automatically.
Usually this can be granted via cPanel or phpMyAdmin tools as well.Solution 2
You can create the database tables manually as well, running this SQL code via phpMyAdmin or your preferred database tool.
WARNING: This will only work if your table prefix is set to the default ‘wp_’ value. Also, make sure to have a full database back-up, before running any SQL queries on your database, in case anything goes wrong!January 28, 2018 at 3:25 pm #16495findelahistoria

KeymasterHi,
That does not matter, WordPress uses relative paths, this is definitely some sort of issue with getting the data out of the database correctly.

KeymasterHi,
Thank you, but I can’t log in with the details, I’m getting “530 Login authentication failed” error: https://i.imgur.com/Mw39I0A.png
Either the username or the password are likely not correct. I have tried FTP, FTPs and SFTP connections without any luck. Can you pease check that? The Lite version should work with any mobile browser just like the Pro. It is very likely only a stylesheet conflict of some sort, as it works fine on the demo and test servers as well.
Currently I tried to check the front-end of your site, but there seems to be a missing minified stylesheet issue, it looks like this for me: https://i.imgur.com/0dwg7Tl.png
You might want to clear or disable the minify cache, as it does not seem to work correctly.January 31, 2018 at 11:37 am #16563findelahistoria

ParticipantErnest,
Looks like you nailed it!
As you can see in the attachment, all the created instances now appear!!
Will aslo apply the code for the problem in Android and get back to you.
Thanks in advance
