Old Post Titles and duplicates show up in results

Hi,

I have a problem with the search results. The results show non-existing posts, which had been renamed in the past. Also there are duplicates for some search results.

Please search for “book” on any search bar on the wesbite. You will see the result “Books About Meditation”, which is correct. But you will also see “Books for Meditators”, which is an old name of the same post. Also try searching “Unlearning”, you will see two identical results for the exact same post.

I tried clearing the cache and index table – with no effect.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the details.

I have checked the “Books for Meditators” post, which has the ID 7003, and it appears to be present in the posts list as well, here: https://i.imgur.com/QH0dCne.png
Although it redirects to a different post, this post still exists.

The same happens for the other “duplicate” post, it is actually two separate posts, see here: https://i.imgur.com/8CBDo5m.png
If you delete the duplicates, it will resolve the problems.
