It is because of a recently added feature, which fixes a previously known issue, but in your case it had a “reverse” effect.
You have a few exclusions set, as you can see here. The category Member Benefits is excluded, which by default should suggest that everything within that category should be also excluded.
Previously this wasn’t the case, unless the subcategory items were also marked with the Member Benefits parent category.
In the newest release however this is fixed, and everything is excluded by default, but I have added a fallback option, in case something like your issue comes up. I have switched this option off, so it behaves now as it did before and everything should be okay.
