Order filter between taxonomy and custom field.

Please advise, I want to order filter with taxonomy and custom field.
For example.
First filter > Taxonomy
2nd > Custom field
3rd > Taxonomy

Please see attached file.

Well, with custom CSS could be possible, but not with options. But in order to make that custom CSS, I need to know the exact order of the filters, how you need them. Can you somehow draw the full order on a screenshot? I will then try to construct a custom CSS code.
