hi, i have a problem with ajax menu in back end. if i try to set the option for a search field the preloader does not stop loading and i cannot view the option (example theme option etc.. all the navigation option on the top). in other setting page, as general option,as cahce setting or other, the menu work correctly

August 26, 2016 at 8:49 am #9894It’s either simply the permission, or there is a firewall (or malware scanner) active, which makes the files unaccessible. In that case if you change the permission, the file will be still unaccessible. Last time it was a firewall, it suspected that file as a false-positive and blocked it.
It can be a security related plugin, or firewall/scanner at your hosting provider I suppose.
