Just changed hosting providers from Godaddy to wpengine, and I am having to rebuild my website from scratch. It seems that I am having the same issue with your plugin I did the first time I originally installed with my theme. Is there anyway that you can please go into my WordPress account and try to get the plugin functioning with my theme again? Please refer to last ticket of mine for reference, your reply number was #2685. Thanks

This time I needed to change one file in the search plugin directory. I don’t know what caused this exactly, but it’s fixed. You should see the search bar now as before.
