Plugin has caused wordpress crash – can't reinstall plugin without an error

Was creating a new search box and got this error which totally breaks my entire WordPress install.

I cannot reinstall the plugin, doing so reactivates this error and breaks my whole website.

If this cannot be fixed please can I have a refund. I spent FOREVER customising this Ajax search just for the website to crash.

Just to add – ideally i’d like to save what I did have, without it causing an error. Given it took me about 3 hours to customise if that’s at all possible?

OK I was able to fix by deleting the CMS entry for that particular search bar. I’ll try again

Hi,

It looks like something is grabbing the stylesheet output of the search, there is nothing in the error message, it is just the output CSS.

You should maybe try changing the CSS loading method to File, if there is any custom made cache or any code to alter styles, then that could very likely resolve the conflict.
