    Hi,

Make sure you downloaded the correct file: https://i.imgur.com/hKgmHhK.png

The first option ‘All files & documentation’ includes all files, including the documentation and must be extracted first on your computer. Unfortunately I cannot control that, Codecanyon requires the packages like this.

    Thanks for your help.

In frustration I went to a free plugin now that is doing exactly what we want. http://www.LGM.news/vid

So we won’t try to get your one working. Sorry!

Please arrange a refund or credit to my account.

    many thanks.

    Hi,

Thank you very much for your kind words.

Unfortunately I can’t issue re-funds once the plugin has been downloaded.
We follow the re-fund policy as stated by codecanyon, which you can find on this URL: https://codecanyon.net/page/customer_refund_policy

The re-fund must be initiated from the customer end, I’m not able to do it, as codecanyon has the control over that. In this case however, it would be declined anyways, unfortuantely.

    Ok, thanks

Me losing $20 (inc TAX) is a good lesson learned!

    Freebies are often perfect.

    Take care!
