I had this working for a long time, then it stopped working. My site has decent traffic so I have both CloudFlare and Super Cache installed. (Not sure if I had any of the two when the plugin was working).

If you see, the search isn’t working. It just loops the loading gif but no results appear.

    Please help!!

    Thank you 🙂

(Have tried, uninstalling, reinstalling, manually deleting tables from the database and setting everything up again, etc – didn’t work)

I noticed that the password I provided for WP admin is incorrect. Please let me know how I can provide you with the correct one. Thanks.

    Hi!

I’ve managed to solve it with the ftp. I think you might have updated from an older version to 4.0 or a database inconsistency might have happened.

Anyways, this was a partially known problem and you can always use this guide for safely updating the plugin: http://wpdreams.gitbooks.io/ajax-search-pro-documentation/content/update_notes.html

The cache options were missing for some reason. I’m making a few changes for the upcoming version, so these problems should never appear again 😉

    Ugh,

It was working fine. I made a slight, minor layout change to the search box, and all of a sudden, I always get “no results found”, no matter what search I make.

    Please help!!

    Thanks again 🙂

    Hi!

The fulltext switch might have been accidentally swapped. It should work fine now.
