Hey Earnest,
I’ve set up a related posts shortcode on my subsite /browse/ – however, the post displays and then disappears – leaving an empty space. If you still have login details, please could you login and take a look.

May I ask which shortcode are you trying to use there? I am asking, because I suggest creating a new related posts pro instance for a different subsite, as if the post types on the sub-site are different from the other one, then it may not be able to find the content.

[wpdreams_rpp id=0] but it’s in the subsite /browse/ that I created it. So there are two [wpdreams_rpp id=0] – one in the main site and one in the sub site.
That should work there then, if it was created there.
Can you link me to a page where it is active? It might be only a visibility issue.

I checked the page source as well, but there is no sign of the shortcode there. Do I need to enable anything?
