Preview of the products

Hello,
I can’t get a preview of the products.
If I search for “Oral-B” a preview is displayed.
If I search for “Mikrozid AF”, I don’t see a preview of the products, only keywords. Why is that?

Hi,

Those results on the second screenshot (mikrozid) are taxonomy terms (product categories), and not products. Product categories usually have no images. If you don’t want the categories as results, make sure to not select them under the General Options -> Sources 2 panel: https://i.imgur.com/2NDUDGb.png
If you want to search the product categories, but return the products, then you are looking for this option.

this is not my problem. I know these are taxonomy term. But why are no products displayed. Products are also displayed for oral-b. I’ve already excluded categories.

That is extremely hard to tell just by looking at it. Have you excluded any product categories, or any other taxonomy terms on the back-end?
Can you please add temporary back-end access? It might be easier for me to check the configuration.

Everything seemed to be all right. But since there were a lot of filters shown, I changed the logic to this: https://i.imgur.com/1iIROVd.png
It more likely fits your scenario, and the missing results should be there now.
