Hi,
when I search by putting my keyword and selecting a category, the page displaying the results does not take into account the selected category. It only works when I let the results appear below and I enable the option: Trigger live search when changing a facet on settings?
Thanks for your answer,
Best regardsSolène

Make sure that the search override is enabled, when using the redirection options: Documentation – Search override
Best,
This way, the plugin can pass the results to the results page, along with the options.

December 12, 2017 at 12:53 pm #15861This option is enabled but it does not solve the problem. I do not know if it changes things, but I do not want to show the window that appears when you type a keyword so I turned it off. But when I press the enter key or the magnifying glass, the result page still does not take into account the category selection.
December 13, 2017 at 12:53 pm #15881Hmm, in that case it is very likely that either another plugin or the theme itself has a manual override. If you have any other search plugins installed that can affect the search results, then it is very likely the issue.
If not, then it’s more problematic, as there might be a custom query coded into the theme itself, which cannot be overridden. In this case, you can add temporary FTP and back-end details, and I can check on the files directly. If possible, I might be able to disable the custom query to enable the override.
Best,
