Problems with the filtering of results from thr Ajax Pro Plugin

Hi There,

I’m having problems with the filtering results from thr Ajax Pro Plugin.

My login details for the site are;

If you look at ‘New 2’

I’m trying to get the results to only display Brazil and Long Distance. It keeps diplaying all the results and not filtering properly. Even when I click exact filters it doesn’t work either. I’ve tried everything and looked at all the documentation and can’t work this out. Could you take a look and explain what i need to do to can achieve this?

Hi,

Thank you for the proper details, it helped a lot!

The issue was, that you had the portfolio categories and tags selected as results. So the plugin was not returning the portfolio, but that tags and categories as configured. However the filter does not affect those. I have disabled those as results, and selected the Portfolio custom post type: https://i.imgur.com/CTlm3Sx.png

Now it should return the results.
