    Hi please check this video for this issue. when I search for something, it brings back product count total. if I click this it should take me to that page.

    Hi,

    It seems to be the correct URL for the brands archive – the plugin requests that from the WordPress core. What should be the correct URL?

    That is not the same taxonomy term, it is a different archive page. I am not sure about the taxonomy name, based on the page source it is called something like “store”.
    Try selecting that one on the Geleral Options -> Sources 2 panel.
