Product doesn't show up

if i try to find this product using the end of the product title “De engel en het kind” the product doens’t show up as result. the title priority is set to 500.

Hi,

It was an actual issue with the index table, the plugin did not get the proper pool sizes. I have adjusted them manually like so: https://i.imgur.com/kliFUe4.png

Now it should be returned.

thx. this indeed fixed the problem. could i experience other problems, since this is not a recommend setting?

An other issue i came across is this. if i insert an author name of books the like “Willemijn de Weerd” the dropdown results are quite random after the first hit. i would like it to be based on newest title. can’t find the option to fix this.

fyi: the post date match the book release date.

Hi,

It will be completely fine, it will do no change.

The problem with that search is, that the items there have completely different relevances, and since the primary ordering is by relevance, the results are ordered like that. I am not sure if that is possible to resolve I’m afraid.

still thinks that aren’t working 100%. for example.
when a costumer filles in “boeken van bram kasse” the results is

i’ve tried to ad stop words to the index but that did nog fix it.

Hi,

i cant find my product “max lucado agenda 2021”.

ive checked if it has something to do with exclude products but thats not the case
rerun the index did not fix it.
