purchase this plugin to show 2 handicap search

after upgrading, this plugin is totally dead, cannot display anything on my site

WHAT HAPPEN ????

please go to see my website, any shortcode never work on my pages or posts

the 1st plugin is handicap on mobile phone,
article with more than 1 category, not found, very funny

the 2nd can’t search some words

the 3rd never come to earth, I purchase this plugin for 2 search only ???

1. The 1st instance is seemingly working on my end. Can you please explain what do you mean by “article with more than 1 category, not found”?

2. Which keywords do not work with the 2nd search instance? I’m getting results with random test words: http://i.imgur.com/vw7ODFb.png
Is this the right search instance, or am I looking at the wrong one? Can you please give me example words which should give results, so I can test them?

3. Where exactly is the 3rd instance placed? I can only see 2 shortcodes on the main page in the page source, but not the other search instance shortcode. Are you sure it was placed correctly?

I placed my 3rd shortcode on my home page next to the 2nd shortcode (file attached)

article with 2 or more categories, have to select all categories to get the result. If I select 1 out of the other, no result displayed

I spent all day with your plugin, try to totally uninstall from my server but everything come back after re-install

I took out the slider, the 1st instance is O.K.
but the 2nd never work

never have any idea that I will face the problem like this, very tired

Hi!

You had a misconfiguration on the 2nd instance, there is a date filter activated to display content from only the current date (from today only): http://i.imgur.com/mKeyF9E.png
I have disabled that for now, and it displays results as expected: http://i.imgur.com/vsCoLcM.png
